    When a client cancels an appointment there needs to be a way that the appointment time can not show the cancellation anymore but still retain that info on the client detail page. It is confusing , and as I scan for availability for a therapist I am looking for open white areas. When it is rescheduled or cancelled it needs to go to the client detail page under appointments for tracking info of a client, but it does not need to be on the calendar anymore.

    It would be helpful if a new clients name was in red signaling that their intake paperwork had not been completed and then when those are emailed back into the system, the name changes to white. That way you can quickly scan the calendar looking for names that pop out so you know they are not completed yet. It is time consuming to have to keep looking up each individual client and opening their details to get that info
