    I would really like to see this added as well. We have been informed by our local blue cross that it's required...apparently the start time and duration of session aren't enough. So, I'm trying to remember to type in the end type into my note but find without the prompt, I tend to forget!

    These items are both needed to be in line with the progress notes required in Alabama. It would be ideal if the progress notes automatically indicated the number when you enter a new note. Also, take out one of the two intervention boxes and add homework and/or client response.
