Rejoin telehealth sessions
Allow me to rejoin telehealth sessions if I'm trying to rejoin within the time frame of the appointment. Sometimes I have connection problems in my building causing me to get disconnected from a session, but I can't get back in unless I recreate the appointment which takes too much time.

Telehealth sessions can be rejoined easily with our new solution. If the provider or client clicks "leave session", the session can be rejoined from the appointment or telehealth link. If the session is ended by the provider, the session cannot be rejoined. Click here to view a video walkthrough of the new solution.

Allow to get back into a session after ending it, for the length of the time allotted. It’s incredibly frustrating if one makes a mistake to start the wrong session for example and needs to end it in order to begin the appropriate one. Then one would need to reschedule another telehealth session and send the URL to client, while, when having clients back to back, it takes quite a while.
