Automatically change Place of Service to "Telehealth (02)" for telehealth appointments
For Telehealth sessions, I'd like the default service location in the progress note to be Telehealth. It currently defaults to office and I have to change it manually each time.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update that makes it easier to properly bill Telehealth appointments. Any new invoice created for a Telehealth appointment will now automatically populate “Telehealth (02)” as the Place of Service. This change only applies to invoices created after the release.

I have created telehealth service codes that have the correct CPT code and modifier but it isn't very helpful if I cannot change the location. I am doing strictly telehealth and having to go into each invoice to change the location is not practical.

I would like to see the place of service automatically populate based on the location of the attached appointment. It is an extra step to change this manually. This feature would streamline notes.

Under the current state of our society, it would be in everyone's best interest and it would be BEST PRACTICE to have "place of service" changed to "Telehealth (02)" or at least make it easier to have the place of service changeable.

Yes please add this! Especially now as many of us are doing exclusively online sessions due to shelter in place restrictions. Changing this manually for every appointment is a needless extra step.

It would be amazing to have Place of Service automatically default to "02" on invoices which have Telehealth appointments on them. =D

If telehealth is flagged on appointment, have it automatically switch place of service on progress note to telehealth

Set an automatic place of service to 02 so it does not default to 11 and require a change each time. If a modifier of GT or 95 is listed it should automatically go to 02.

Or - allow us to dictate which service type is a telehealth service type code and then if marked, change the place of service to 02 automatically.
