Add chat functionality to telehealth sessions
When I'm in a telehealth session, allow me to chat with my client(s) so that if we lose audio I can help them troubleshoot.

It would be helpful to have a chat/message feature alongside the telehealth video screen. There have been instances when the video wasn’t working and I had to email the client. It would be helpful to have the message feature alongside to have direct communication.

allow for chat with client during session if privacy changes
