Add chat functionality to telehealth sessions
When I'm in a telehealth session, allow me to chat with my client(s) so that if we lose audio I can help them troubleshoot.

Our new telehealth solution features an in-session chat! Click here for a video overview of the new solution.

I would love to have a chat feature for telehealth sessions as well as be able to have the capability for the provider to also share their screen.

Please include chat and document sharing in telehealth so we can give clients homework easily in session.

My team transitioned from using zoom. Is there an option to add a chat
feature to the TheraNest telehealth platform, like the one zoom has? -

Yes this is literally the one thing holding me back from signing up with telehealth if theres a technology issue or if someone no longer feels safe to talk and wants to communicate via message to say that and to send EMDR links

I agree, needing to troubleshoot audio/sound/technical difficulties are common. Currently we have to navigate all the way to the secured message tab or send a email. A chat box would not only with these common problems but also allow client/therapist to share quick notes such as something to look up.

Agree that this would be a great feature when troubleshooting audio/sound/technical difficulties and to support better privacy when clients may have family/others present in the home.

This is much needed as I would like to chat with my client to troubleshoot when audio/video issues arise. Thank you.

I would like to recommend a chat/text box feature to our telehealth appointments. This would be really helpful when experiencing technical difficulties, for example, where I need to tell the client "I'll be right back" or to have as an alternative if audio isn't working properly.

On most video/telehealth formats I have used in the past there has been a messaging feature. I find it to be rather helpful

It would be awesome to have a chat box option for online sessions via Telehealth.

This would be so helpful! I'd love to be able to send the links for bilateral stimulation when doing EMDR. It also would be incredibly helpful when we are having difficulties with audio or they have trouble understanding something I said.

Yes, this would be so helpful during individual sessions... and group sessions too! To troubleshoot technology, send resource links, ask a question and everyone type their response (to engage quieter middle schoolers, for example)...

A chat or text feature within telehealth, this would be helpfully especially when one or both sides are having technical problems and can't see or hear the other end

I would love to be able to have the ability for my clients and I to be able to communicate through a chat box or through messages that show up on the same page, in case the audio or video is not working and we need to troubleshoot or find another way to meet.

It would be really helpful to have chat box to chat with the client during telehealth appointments. There have been many times that I want to share a link or type out something for the client to read during the appointment without having to share my screen. This feature is available on other virtual visit platforms and it would be great to have it on Theranest as well.
