Include client URL in Telehealth appointment reminders
I switched from Therapysites telehealth platform to TheraNest's platform. The one difference I am noticing so far is that when I scheduled a telehealth session in Therapysites, they automatically send the client a session reminder and a "go to session" button to their email. This was great as it helped to streamline my practice and cut down time manually emailing clients the URL. Will TheraNest work on adding this feature in the future?

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update to the Email and Text Appointment Reminder settings that allows you to include the unique client URL for telehealth sessions. Now in this era of all telehealth sessions, it is a lot of extra work to remember to send each client a video link.
Please add the option to include the video link in email and text reminders.

PLEASE also add a link to send the telehealth URL via email or text. One button for send email another button for send via text. Please make this available in these screens: calendar, agenda, and within the telehealth video screen.

So glad that my practice was already offering some telehealth sessions through theranest before ALL of us needed to go online. Wish there was an easier way to send clients a reminder text with the link for the session.

Please allow for text and email reminders to include the telehealth appointment link IN the reminder automatically.
It is really inconvenient to need to send the link separately to each client (or assume that they have created their client portal account and will access the link this way).

I wish there was a way to directly email clients their telehealth session link. I realize messaging through the client portal and sending it via the text reminder system are alternatives, but both of those options still take a decent chunk of time to complete for 30+ clients. I also prefer the email option because then it's most easily accessible through their phone or computer.
I'm not sure what I'm envisioning here... I'm not very tech-savy. Perhaps a check box next to the existing "telehealth session" check box when you schedule the appointment on the calendar that allows you to instantly send the client an email with the link? It could maybe say something like "email URL link to address on file"? Just a thought/hope!I also wanted to say that I really appreciate all the support you're offering right now. Even in the midst of a pandemic, my service hasn't suffered and I feel like everyone has been really responsive and helpful. I also really, really appreciated the 3 month telehealth subscription discount. It's a small thing, but it makes a big difference right now.
Thanks!

Not all my clients use the Client portal, so I have to remember to manual email all my Telehealth clients (which are ALL clients right now), the link for the Telehealth appointment. It's a lot of work and does not feel streamlined.

Would love to see a secure text message option that would allow you to share info like link for telehealth session without having to login to the portal

Agreed, sending a link for every appointment every day or week is incredibly time intensive.

Reminder emails for telehealth sessions have the option to include the link to the session for the week

It would be helpful to include the link not only in email reminders, but in text reminders as well.

It would be so helpful if the link for telehealth could be sent to the client's email automatically when the appointment is scheduled.
