I with you could change sessions to tele-health in a series rather than just one at a time. Meaning "edit series."

Second, I wish there was a setting to automatically send a client the link to their tele-health session 15 minutes before a session.

Please create a way to convert in-office appointments and series of appointments to telehealth. Right now, you must delete the original appointment then add it again with the telehealth selection.

It is onerous to manually convert each recurring appointment to telehealth! It would be really helpful to be able to make recurring appointments telehealth without needing to go into each one.

I would like for it to be possible to set reoccurring telehealth appointments.

A previous post states that this issue has been resolved but it hasn't. This is so cumbersome. Teletherapy is the new norm. It's not reasonable to have to adjust every single session.

Can you please add a function that allows me to set up my clients as weekly teletherapy clients. I do NOT want to set them up as weekly clients and then change it every week to teletherapy!

Please make it so that recurring appointments do not need to be converted to telehealth one at a time. This is very inconvenient and confusing. It says on the "matches" on the left side of this screen that this suggestion has been "completed" but it has not. We still have to go in and convert all the recurring appointments to telehealth appointments each week.

Currently for recurring appointments I have to cancel and reschedule each time to change it to telehealth. Given that ALL my appointments are telehealth and will be for the foreseeable future, this makes the process cumbersome and tedious.

Being able to schedule a "reoccurring" telehealth session once, without having to copy new link every week, would be a time saving feature.

In a pandemic we need the option to be able to schedule reoccuring telehealth appointments. It takes more time to keep rescheduling ind appointments. This needs streamlined

I too wanted to have the ability to schedule TMH sessions for clients with recurring appointments rather than having to delete the recurring appointment and then schedule it as a TMH appointment. I have several clients with recurring weekly appointments that I'd rather not have to do this each time.

I am wasting considerable time each time I have to schedule what should be a recurring TeleHealth Appointment.

It is a further waste of time to have to copy and send the link for each TeleHealth Appointment. This should be done in the appointment reminder !

Greetings: It would be very helpful if there was a way to schedule recurring telehealth appointments so that patients can reuse the same link each week. This would save a lot of time I spend sending new links to patients every day. Many thanks!

Include telehealth on recurring appointments.

It is VERY frustrating that I have to cancel and reschedule EVERY SINGLE SESSION, now that all my recurring appointments must be converted to Telehealth during Covid crisis.

There is no way to make a recurring Telehealth session, which is annoying, but I do understand that each session requires a different link. What I don't understand is why, when I click on a particular session, I can't convert it to a Telehealth session. This is incredibly time consuming to be doing this for EVERY session, in time for clients to get the link.

Yes, it takes me forever to convert all my recurring sessions every week to telehealth sessions, and it is confusing to clients using the client portal.

This is a critical need especially in light of our transformed manner of delivering therapy services. Regardless of recurring appointment or single appointment all appointments should have the option of making it telehealth without the administrative burden it requires now.

It would be nice to have a feature that allows for you to enter repeating telehealth appointments in the scheduler.
