Show Invoice Notes On Statement
It would be awesome if there were a way to get individual invoice notes to show on statements. I like to enter notes on the invoice to show what part is deductible or copay for the patient but it doesn't pull over on the statements. This way, there would be an explanation for what the balance due is...I do batch statements so this would help tremendously.

treatment plans should link w/ notes based on dates
The Treatment Plan tab should list the treatment plans based on the order the plans were initiated, not the order that they were entered into the chart. For instance, if there is a delayed entry into the chart, I should still be able to have the plan get linked to the notes that it pertains to. Currently, the Treatment Plan has you enter the Initiation Date but Theranest doesn't actually use the Initiation Date for any purpose - it doesn't use that data to associate the plan w/ certain notes, the initiation date doesn't show up in the note itself,…

Report on progress notes with no supervisor signature
Allow me to run a report that will display which of my progress notes are missing my supervisor's signature so I don't have to check each note individually.

Deductible Report
At the beginning of the calendar year, patient's deductibles reset. It would be great to be able to quickly identify these patients through a report, etc.

Automatic rollover to 2021
I've noticed that when I am scheduling for an appointment in January, the year doesn't automatically roll over to 2021 -- and then the appointment doesn't going into the calendar. This is when I'm scheduling from the Client Details page - it's not an issue of course if I am clicking on the date I want from the Calendar. I hope that's an easy fix.

Groups - delete members from appointments
When allowed to delete a member from an existing group, delete their future group appointments should be adjusted to delete from appoints automatically, or give me ability. I have group members gone a year, but names still show up in appointment lists, despite the fact I've deleted from Group.
Troubling because they could be charged accidently, and it throws off the attendance reports.

Email Progress Update to Referral Source
It would be helpful to have a simple way to enter referral, such as probation, attorney, court staff etc; and allow the system to send progress updates via email for each client. Ideally this would be one email with a PDF attachment of the client progress updates for each referral source.
Currently I have to copy information from Theranest into a merge Word document to send an email to each contact.
It would save a tremendous amount of time for the therapist to have this option.

reschedule appointment from client chart
Instead of delete being the only option when viewing appointments in the client's chart, please add Reschedule or Cancel as options.

Don't display the service type on synced calendar appointments.

Add ability to mark a client as deceased
Can you add a place, like in client detail (somewhere quick and easy where it can be seen by all permissions) where it could be marked to show client has deceased? That way we don't have various staff calling and trying to schedule/reschedule an appt or billing calling about questions, etc. All can see client deceased and what date and then handle appropriately. We are not archiving a client until all balances are zero'd, so this has been an issue. Even if I mark case closed, people don't know client has deceased.

Line up designated therapist colors in the calender
Our office has 11 therapists and scheduling staff need to see all therapist's schedules at once to schedule accordingly for room and location availability. It would be extremely helpful if each color assigned to each therapist would automatically line up on the full calendar view. It is hard to distinguish who is available and when because the colors are all over the place for each day.

Add a floating save button to custom form editor
When using a long custom form the screen has switched and cancelled out a great deal of work that I had to restart. Similarly it is difficult to have to scroll to the top and bottom each time to save to prevent this problem. A floating save button would be an amazing feature. I also wish forms would autosave in general so that I wouldnt have to use the save button at all.

Make appointment notes more obvious
Have an icon or an alert show in the calendar view if we have a note on an appointment. I know a preview of the note is displayed on the appointment block, but those can be easily overlooked given how much other information appears on the appointment block.

Manage staff caseloads
Allow me to manage a staff's caseload by adding/removing clients or moving them to another therapist so I don't have to go into each client's chart.

Add a column for clients' assigned service types and allow sorting and searching in the column.

Separate insurance credit from client credit in client ledger
It would be helpful to have an insurance credit option along with the clients credit. Currently if there is an insurance credit it goes under clients credit which throws therapist off thinking client has a credit when its actually an insurance credit/overpayment.

Add weekly view to the agenda
When viewing the Agenda, allow me to view all appointments for the week instead of just for the day.
