Medications list in client details
Add a place to track medication information, to include med name, dose, frequency, and prescribing doc. This would help to track current medications, as well as medication changes as they come up. It can be hard to keep track of medications for each patient in the current system.

Add Medications section to Progress Notes
Display a list of medications in the Progress Note template. Client medications are relevant case information and should be readily available, just like their diagnosis and treatment goals.

Display medication frequency in dynamic progress note
I'm subscribed to ePrescribe and when I use the Active Medication dynamic form element I want to see the medication frequency pulled into the progress note.
1 voteFor organizations subscribed to E-Prescribe, if a Dynamic Progress Note has been created with the Active Medications form element, the medication directions will now be displayed in the progress note.
