Allow staff to only view their calendar
Allow me to restrict my staff members from viewing other staff members' calendars. I only want them to view their calendars.
4 votesA new permission is available under “Therapist” that allows you to prevent that staff member from viewing the calendar and agenda for other staff members. When this permission is enabled, they will only be allowed to view their personal calendar and agenda.

add a 72 hour option for reminder emails.
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy, so the 48 hour reminder does not assist us at this time. Thanks!

Remove cancellation reason if status changes
If I originally mark an appointment as canceled and then change it to upcoming, allow me to remove the original cancellation reason I entered because it no longer applies.

Choose date before room when scheduling appointments
Change the order of how I make selections when scheduling a new appointment. The date is selected last, but if I change the date my room selection resets. Make me select the date and then the room so my selection doesn't reset.

Differentiate active vs. archived service types in calendar filter
When viewing the calendar and applying the Service Types Filter, distinguish between which service types are active and which ones are archived.

View availability on the calendar
It would be great if we could see our "Calendar/Preferences and Availability" in a calendar view.

Our new Advanced Availability feature allows you to create availability blocks to specify the services you are available for scheduling at specific times and locations. Missing progress note indicator on Agenda
Hi There! I am really missing the original set up where when a progress note was missing, it was really easy to identify. When you have tons of clients, it's helpful to have a visual to see if you missed or forgot to include a progress note for that date. Since now the agenda feature is fixed on the current day's clients, as opposed to the week or just the missing progress note sessions, its harder to see if one was forgotten. Is there any way to return to this or add this feature back in?

I have my preferred work hours in the availability for scheduling, but sometimes I will schedule a client during my "closed' hours. I am not the only private practice therapist that does this. Since I am my own boss. However, the system won't let me do this and this is a problem!

Allow therapists to schedule individual days
Allow therapists to schedule a specific day differently. For example, if I want to stay later this Thursday because I am going to be off this Tuesday, I have to go in and change my time available. However, this will also change all Thursdays after this one, which is not good.

Add "today" button to calendar
Add a "today" button to the calendar so when I'm viewing a different week or day it can bring me right back to the current week or day.

Alert me if no auth on file when scheduling an appointment
Alert me if there's no authorization on file, or if the authorization has expired, when scheduling an appointment for a client.

Include newly added Service Types in "All" calendar filter
Automatically add new service types to what is displayed using the "all" filter as opposed to it being necessary to re-select "all" in the dropdown menu in order for appointments under new billing codes to be displayed correctly in the agenda and calendar. This will be especially helpful given all of the new Telehealth codes we are having to add.

Include newly added staff members in "All" calendar filter
Currently, our staff uses the Staff Filter on the calendar and have "All" selected to show all the providers in our organization. When a new staff member is added, they are not included in this filter and the calendar requires established staff members to deselect "All" in the filter and reselect so that filter reflects latest added providers.

Add Calendar Preference Update
Allow me to choose if I want my calendar to display daily, week, or month view automatically without having to click the different view each time I open the calendar page. It could just be a selection block on the current calendar view preference page.
I use the week view most often (it is the most visually appealing and easiest to read) and have to click on week each time I go to calendar. The vast majority of time I am using my calendar view to initiate actions so this would save me a lot of clicks and page loads.
2 votesThe default calendar view can be updated in your user calendar preferences. To access your preferences click on your name in the white navigation bar and choose Calendar Preferences. There you will see a dropdown titled “Default calendar view.”

Choose between set office hours per day and ability to customize specific hours daily
Flexibility to choose between set office hours per day as it already allows, AND an ability to customize specific hours daily (from a monthly calendar view perhaps) as I do not have set hours. This was my favorite feature on Acuity scheduling!

Staff members per page
Ability to have more staff members on calander at one time. I have 17 therapist total. its a pain to have to tab to see more. Why limit it?
2 votesYou can increase the number of staff member calendar’s displayed in the Staff view by updating your personal calendar preferences. To access your preferences click on your name in the white navigation bar and choose Calendar Preferences. Scroll down the page and find the “Staff members per page” option – you can display up to 15 staff members per page in the Staff view of the calendar.
