  1. Label Progress Notes with Service

    When Progress Notes are generated and/or printed, there is no way to tell what professional service has been provided. It would be helpful if the Service (e.g., Individual Psychotherapy or Individual Clinical Supervision, etc.) would be included, perhaps with a label at the top.

    If a progress note is properly linked to an appointment, then the CPT service code is included in the print out.

  2. Add "Insurance" as Relationship to Client option in Contact Log entries

    In the contact log drop down box for who the contact was with (client, parent, partner, etc)- I would love to see insurance company be listed as an option as that is who I am writing notes in the contact logs about the most.

    We’re excited to let you know this request has been implemented! In any new contact log entry, you will now be able to select “Insurance” as an option for “Relationship to Client.” Once you’ve selected “Insurance” you also have the option to select any of the client’s active insurance payers as the source of contact. This will be reflected in the printed contact log entry.

  6. Add Patient information to top of custom forms

    Can you please auto-add the information such as insurance numbers and patient ID numbers to the custom forms, like it is on the daily SOAP notes. Otherwise the forms don't look professional and we'll have to add extra information to submit the evaluations.

  7. Quotation Marks in Progress Notes

    For some reason whenever I try to do quotation marks in the Mental Status section of the progress note, it automatically fills in something I don't want.
    For example, let's say I wanted to say Client reported feeing "sluggish and blah" in the Affect section of the Progress Note. When I go to type after the initial quotation mark, it fills it in with something else and won't even let me delete the something else. It's like if I have ever used quotation marks in that section before, it auto fills in with what I have said before, whether it's…

  8. Change treatment goal "Name" field to "Goal" to match print out

    On the treatment plan when determining the goals instead of having “Name” it would be helpful for it to match what prints out on the form which is “Goal”. I was so confused and tried to ask for so long about this matter. Now I know better.

  10. Add "Back to Progress Notes" button to progress note signature page

    After signing a note I can't return to the notes section easily. I have to click on the sidebar, then the case, then the progress notes tab. When I have to do this three times for a couples note (with group note and individual progress notes) it gets frustrating. Something that would make this a great deal less would be an option to simply return to the notes section after signing a note.

    Preferred name is now visible on the new/edit Contact Log view and the new/edit Treatment Plan view.

    You can now enter a custom relationship to client when “Other” is selected in the “Relationship to Client” dropdown on new Contact Log entries. This allows more flexibility on specifying who contacted your organization.
