  1. Select forms when using "New Appointment" link

    When new clients click the "New Appointment" link, they are able to schedule an appointment, create a portal account, and all intake forms marked as "Default" are automatically sent to their portal account. Allow me to select which forms are sent to their portal account, like I can when inviting clients to the portal.

  4. Add staff email as an available placeholder for reminder templates

    Allow me to include the staff member's email address in the appointment reminder templates. If one of our clients needs to reach out about their appointment they need to reach out to the staff member directly.

  5. Exclude insurers for staff

    Prevent an appointment from being scheduled with a staff member who doesn't accept a particular insurance.

    We have a different billing address from our location address. Allow me to select whether the location address or send payments to address is listed on the intake form.

  8. Separate supervisory review setting for progress notes and treatment plans

    Have the "Notes require supervisory review" setting be separated into treatment plans and progress notes. As a supervisor, I only need to review treatment plans, not progress notes.

  11. Provider pay rates per client

    If our providers refer someone that ends up becoming their client, that provider gets an extra 5% for that client's sessions. There currently isn't a way for a provider to have multiple pay rates, or tie those rates to a client.

  18. Add taxonomy codes at the staff level

    Allow me to enter each staff member's taxonomy code on their profile and have it carry over to payers so I don't have to add it for each payer separately.
