Ability to apply refunds to current date instead of date of service
Allow me to apply a refund for the current date rather than the date the card was initially run to keep our accounting accurate.

Subtract from staff billing when refunding client
We use the staff billing tab to pay our staff on a monthly basis. Therefore, it would be helpful if there was a way to subtract an amount from the staff billing when we have to pay back a client for an overpayment in their copay. At this time, there is not a way for Theranest to subtract amounts from the staff billing. It would be most helpful if you could add this feature.

Individual service type for group clients
It is very cumbersome to have 1 billing service type for everyone in group. Different clients are billed differently. EG- std pmt is $40, some should be billed $0,some reduced @$20,etc.
When invoices are auto generated then we must delete all those that have incorrect billing amt and manually generate invoice for correct service pmt type.
This is very common problem anytime the group has members sponsored by differnt entities besides themself.1 vote -
View DOS and invoice number for unapplied payments from an ERA
When an overpayment is received through an ERA and it gets applied as a credit on the client's ledger, there is not an easy way to identify what DOS or invoice number it originally pertains to without copying the number and searching in the Paid and Processed tab for each one of them.

Make it possible for there to be sub clients.
It would be so helpful to be able to send one invoice for multiple clients. I have one facility that I bill for 6 different clients and I have to treat them all as individual clients. It would be ideal to have them all bundled together for billing and invoices.

Automate invoices based on start date
We just started the automated invoiceing, so far we like it, but we would really like to set a start date. So we started doing our billing in house on April 1st, We would like to set it as that, so if I delete an invoice from a ledger, it doesn't go back and try and pick it up to bill out again!

Allow submissions to secondary payers as a stand alone submission
I am proposing that if a primary insurance claim is filed in the primary insurance website, that Theranest have the ability to submit that secondary insurance claim via Theranest. As I understand it, currently, if you file the primary insurance claim outside of Theranest, the only way to submit to the secondary insurance is to print a paper claim and mail it to the secondary insurance. I would like to be able to make the adjustments and choose the insurance to send it to (in this case, the secondary insurance).

When processing Batch Payments, add the ability to clear or hide batch payment errors that have been previously addressed by a User to accurately display the remaining errors.

Allow ERA to auto process with posted client payment
When you automate ERA processing, an ERA will not auto process if there is a client payment posted to an invoice. Our practice collects copays and coinsurance at time of service, so the vast majority of our invoices have client payments posted to them.

Show paid amount under paid/processed claim tab after posting via Manual Insurance Payments
After I've posted a payment manually using the Manual Insurance Payment feature, include adjustment details and payment amount in the Paid/Processed tab under claims.

Link invoice to payment link/portal
When sending a one-time payment link, allow the client to view the invoice that's associated.
