Add ability to indicate whether an appointment was cancelled by a staff member or a client

Most importantly for me in this is that a notification is actually sent to the client that the appointment was canceled. The only notification that goes to the client is if I cancel it.

An additional attendance status of cancelled by counselor to distinguish between client cancellations and cancellations made by counselor for travel/sickness etc.

Add status of "Therapist Cancelled" to track appointments cancelled by therapist so that a group owner could run a report of total number of appointments the therapist cancelled rather than the client.
This is more important to me than tracking vacation days and sick days.

It would be great if Theranest had a built-in missed appointment note like TherapyNotes has.
TherapyNotes Missed appontment note has a drop down menu after "Why was this appointment missed?"

No ShowThen a checkbox you can select that indicates "A fee will be charge for missed appointment."
Then a comments box to allow the clinician to input additional information.

I understand we have a section to add reason for cancellation. It would help if we could have an option of who is canceling and then add reason why.

Add another option of the appointment status- "provider cancelled". Sometimes I as the provider have to cancel, but when I look back at someone's attendance it's impossible to tell (unless I write a note) whether I cancelled on my client or vice versa.

Yes, this is needed! Also, when "therapist canceled/rescheduled" is selected, we need to have settings available which will allow us to not charge the client for that cancellation type (whereas we may still charge if the client cancels/reschedules late, for instance).

Yes, please! I keep track of this on my own time -- please add this feature to show when the therapist themselves late cancels or reschedules.
