In my last EMR, there was a note to chart feature that administration and front desk had access to without being assigned to the client. That prevented them being able to view case notes and treatment plans, but able to document communication in the client's chart.
Is there a way Theranest can have a similar feature? It would be amazing if my front desk could simply document incoming and outgoing calls within the EMR.

It would be amazing if the form feature was more developed. For example, able to set conditions and have more customization options. I currently use a 3rd party for all my intake forms. I would love to actually be able to use the forms feature in Theranest, but it doesn't have needed features.

It would be great if Theranest had a built-in missed appointment note like TherapyNotes has.
TherapyNotes Missed appontment note has a drop down menu after "Why was this appointment missed?"
Canceled by Patient,
Canceled by Parent/Guardian,
Canceled by Clinician,
Scheduling Correction
Scheduling Conflict,
No Show
Then a checkbox you can select that indicates "A fee will be charge for missed appointment."
Then a comments box to allow the clinician to input additional information.
