Integrate Quickbooks with Theranest (or other accounting software)
We need a way to let our CPA keep our numbers in check without compromising patient data. It would be nice to have everything in one place without having to enter everything in Theranest as well as enter it into Quickbooks a second time for book keeping purposes. If there was a way to have our billing data dump into Quickbooks so that our accountant could just access that de-identified data we would be so happy!!! Otherwise Theranest is awesome!

We have released a new “Export Transactions” feature in the Billing section of TheraNest, which lets you export all payments and refunds into a .CSV file. The file can then be imported into a number of third party accounting software products, like QuickBooks Online.

commentedDe-identified data for reports would be tremendously helpful. One idea would be to use the Client ID number in the report instead of the Client Name. I saw that feature is planned as a possibility--please design to include compatibility with Quickbooks Online (I wasn't clear if consideration was with desktop version only).

commentedAny updates? Linking if even if only on journal level should be available given the amount of other integrations that exist Already.

commentedAlso wondering the timeline for this plan. I was planning to start new accounting software for the new year and would love love love if this was integrated by Jan 1!

commentedI agree with previous comment. It would be great to integrate theranest with quick books. It would alleviate double entry.

Tiffani Lloyd commented I see this is planned... any idea of the timeline? Will we have this feature before the end of the year? Please make this change a priority -- it is so essential! Thank you!!

commentedCompletely agree. This is a much-needed feature. We have multiple providers and dozens of patients going through the doors and doing all the books is something we should automate. Thank you for considering.

commentedI have the same request! The double-data-entry is a pain, and it would be amazing if a synch feature were possible. If a feature like this already exists and I just can't find it, please let me know!
