Our office could greatly benefit from TheraNest syncing with Microsoft Outlook! This definitely needs to be done.

I appreciate the option to have only my client's initials appear when syncing with my outlook calendar, BUT, where most visits are now telehealth, the appointment is also including the "notes for visit", which includes the link to session and the client's full name. So, it doesn't feel as secure from a HIPAA standpoint. Is there a way to opt to NOT sync the telehealth info/note?

I use the Outlook platform for my email and other office functions, would it be possible to sync the Theranest scheduling calendar with the Outlook Calendar? I would appreciate that, and I'm guessing others might as well.

Our team uses Outlook desktop, however Theranest only sync with google and iphone calendars.

Currently we have to check it counselors Outlook calendar and then set up an appointment in Theranest. Which also prevent the clients from scheduling their own appointments.

It would be very helpful if Theranest sync sync with Outlook and Outlook sync with Theranest. This will ensure that both calendars are updated and the counselors can work independent of Theranest when necessary.
