An error occurred while saving the comment When you update a clinicians credentials it retros all of their former notes. So when a clincian passes their exams and needs to update their licensure it will mess up all of their prior documention. Please add a feature that allows us to change a clinicians credentials without retroactively doing so on all of their forms.

An error occurred while saving the comment Please give the option to remove tabs or achive them when no longer in use. A tab must be created each time a new document is made but as most documents change over time this leaves countless tabs which is impractical and inefficient.
An error occurred while saving the comment Please allow us to archive tabs for archived forms so that we do not end up having 100 tabs due to retiring forms!

An error occurred while saving the comment IT would be amazing if you a quality assurance or supervisor could write on a box for documents to indicate what needs to be fixed before signing! THis would make it easy to fix errors. The box would then disappear after the supervisor signs off. So basically a simple wonderful way to track and resolve errors in the program!

This would be incredibly helpful for quality assurance auditors who must go through a laborious process in order to look at the notes one by one. This would save soooo much time and would really add to this EHR!
