    I appreciate the option to have only my client's initials appear when syncing with my outlook calendar, BUT, where most visits are now telehealth, the appointment is also including the "notes for visit", which includes the link to session and the client's full name. So, it doesn't feel as secure from a HIPAA standpoint. Is there a way to opt to NOT sync the telehealth info/note?
