Ability to reorder tabbed navigation items in client/group cases
It would be great if we had more control over the order the tabbed navigation items, so that we could adjust how they appear under the client “notes” section in logical order or to make them consistent with our chart order.

We have release a new feature to allow practice admins to rearrange the order of all tabs in case navigation.

This feature is available in other EHR/EMRs. My company will likely be switching systems if this is not done.

For the population I serve, the Additional details section is not needed. Is there a way to have it changed to more appropriate questions for my population I serve?

It would be great if we could customize or edit the treatment plans/progress notes with the Wiley's. Currently the margins are off and the letters run together.

Is this going to happen?

Is this going to be addressed? This is a huge issue.

Customizing the Client Details page would be a HUGE help. Being able to customize the drop downs, deleting what we don't need ........and specifically being able to add a Sexual Preference for those of us who treat the LGBT population and this is important for our grant funding.

Remove unused tabs. Agencies should have an option to remove unused tabs.

Agreed on comments below. I was trying to use the initial assessment tool at first (I'm new to Theranest after trials with other platforms), but will now have to upload my assessment word document under clinical docs. It would be great if I could customize the initial assessment. An additional bonus would be to have entries that are standard/prepopulate in the fields of our choosing and the ability to alter this entry based on what is discovered in the moment (like editing a pre-made template).
Thank you.

YES! PLEASE!! I am on the trial now and this is a big one for me to consider using this program for my music therapy practice.

Exactly right - please consider this.

The ability to add even basic auto populating info would be a huge improvement. Having to manually input basic fields such as date, time, codes makes custom forms tedious and practically useless.

I would really love to see this happen! There is a lot lacking when building our own custom form that I wish we could see. and I think that if we could customize the existing form it would help towards solving some of the frustrations I have been having while build custom forms. For example, I have build our CDA and Treatment Plan into custom forms - but on a custom form none of the clients information is pre-populated into the form so the clinicians are having to manually enter all that information. I would love to be able to take the Initial assessment already there (which pre-populates client's information) and be able to customize it to our standards. Our clinician supervisor refuses to use the initial assessment provided. Or even if we just got more options in building a custom for so that we can have the same title more than once and fields can be pre-populated with client's information.

It seems you have a ton of interest in this idea and if you can create custom forms, why are you not responding and allowing for customization of the most important things- progress notes and initial assessment? As a psychiatrist in a multi-disciplinary group practice it is hard for me to understand why this would not be a given. This is not a one-size-fits all field! Please respond to let people know why this has not happened yet.

Can you customize the initial assessment tab. For those of us that are not psych's this is NOT USABLE AT ALL. Insurance, nor our clients, want to see topics listed under RISK (suicide, sexual abuse, psyciatric break, etc) on their PRESCHOOL child's initial assessment for speech, language and or feeding. This is my one complaint as it is really professional unacceptable and something I requested by changed 2.5 years ago! Any plans in the near future to do this? On the session note you have it so if you don't touch those fields/enter info, they do not print on the PDF form of the session note. However, if you leave these areas blank on the initial assessment and diagnostic codes tab, they still print and appear (which is completely unecessary and makes your initial assessment tab unusable for all other professionals). I am surprised this still has not been updated! PLEASE VOTE!

We are just moving over to Theranest from an agency-specific database and these are the two single features we are most interested in. Could you let us know whether this is being considered and if so, what is the projected time frame? Thanks.

PLEASE allow for customization! This would increase the user-friendliness of this software expodentially, and I would be much more likely to recommend this software to my network of counseling colleagues.

i think that there should be a choice of more progress notes forms. i don't think that each person should have to re-invent their own. just a nice progress note with lots of good drop downs, woudl be so helpful.
