Allow multiple client signatures on clinical notes
Allow me to add multiple client signatures to clinical notes. I work with children who may have parents and stepparents and I want to be able to capture all of their signatures.

Thank you for building a such wonderful system to help therapist and mental health institution save time and money doing paper work. However, It is necessary to include client's caregiver or parent's signature to make it more accurate. A 5 year old canmot sign on their own and so forth any minor. Please include that piece.

Absolutely agree. This is generally applicable to most documents, but in my experience is especially necessary on Treatment Plans (which may be custom forms for some clinicians).

Minors who are clients need to have a guardian/client rep sign for them.

We need to have additional signature spaces for client signature as well as supervisor signature. It's absolutely essential for Medicaid compliance issues. Please respond asap as we are await for this issue to be resolved before rolling Theranest out as our designated EHR system. If it is not possible we will be required to choose a different system.
