    add an additional way for client to sign with parent the same way clinician can cosign.

    Thank you for building a such wonderful system to help therapist and mental health institution save time and money doing paper work. However, It is necessary to include client's caregiver or parent's signature to make it more accurate. A 5 year old canmot sign on their own and so forth any minor. Please include that piece.
