Prevent Unestablished Clients from Signing up for Client Portal Account
Current, if the client portal login link displayed anywhere publicly anyone who clicks that link can sign up for a Client Portal account and become a client. They will be added to the Provider's client list as well. Would like to prevent non-established clients from doing this.
