View place of service on client's ledger
When I'm viewing a client's ledger and all of their open invoices, allow me to see the place of service code associated with each invoice.

Right now, you have to click into the invoice to see and/or change the place of service. It would be nice to do that from the ledger to save a click, especially with the new billing automation.

When looking at the ledger, and viewing open invoices, it should include the place of service and the rendering provider.
