Remove totals from downloaded billing reports
When I download a billing report to a CSV or PDF, allow me the option to remove the totals that appear at the top of the report.

Please make the "total billed amount" a customizable option on the printed/saved PDF reports. Please allow customization for deselecting or not displaying the "total billed amount" on printed and saved PDF reports such as "daily billing" , "staff billing" , and "payroll".
