Display the duration of the appointment in hours on the Detailed Attendance Report rather than minutes.

Instead of listing the service duration in minutes on the detailed attendance report, it would be helpful to list them in hours.
Most of our billing and our payroll information has to be done in hours, so it would save time to list hours instead of minutes, rounding to the nearest quarter hour.
