Add service code to notes awaiting signature
Add the service code to the grid when viewing the Notes Awaiting Signature so I can quickly see if my supervisee used the right code before signing.

On the new supervisors list, (List of notes awaiting review, approval, or signature:)can we add the service code, to the grid, so that I could sign the note from this page. Currently, I still have to open the note to review that the Supervisee has used the correct Service Type.
