Diagnoses need to be updated more often than not and having them only as part of the intake makes this difficult to do and keep track of. If they were separated, it would help us be able to bill and update as needed much more easily.

Please consider separating diagnostic information from the initial assessment. Diagnosis typically need to be updated which is not possible if the initial assessment has been locked.
In addition, it would be great to see more flexibility within the diagnosis section that allows for diagnostic history, start and end dates, diagnosing providers (if diagnosis is given by someone other than the therapist), etc.
