Treatment Plans and Initial Assessments that need signature review do not populate and provide a reminder in the "note requiring signature review tab". This is confusing and difficult to track. It would be much better if they provided a notification like progress notes to do for signature.

The "Awaiting Signature" tab would be helpful or something that will allow interns to see the approved treatment plans and initial assessments right after they got signed by the supervisor.

As a supervisor, allow me to view initial assessments and treatment plans in the supervisor log.

Treatment plans and initial assessments/diagnoses should have the supervisor review/sign-off process same as progress notes. It would also be really great to have these documents listed on the "Awaiting Signature" tabs

I appreciate the tab/icon that allows supervisors to review progress notes of staff that need to be co-signed, it would be great if this list also included treatment plans and assessments instead of just including progress notes! Thanks for your consideration.
