Remove cancellation reason if status changes
If I originally mark an appointment as canceled and then change it to upcoming, allow me to remove the original cancellation reason I entered because it no longer applies.

Thank you for your interest in adding this functionality to TheraNest! We have added the ability to clear the Cancelation Reason/Comments when updating the appointment status and it will be released to all customers in the coming months.
