Add appointment icon to show note has been signed
Change the icon on the appointment block if the note has been signed so I can quickly see which ones aren't completed.

It would be great if the note icon showed up only when the note has been singed. This creates some confusion, when a note has been done, but not signed.

In ‘REPORTS” you can see Everyone’s appointments and if they have or have not signed the note. It is quicker and easier than checking the scheduled appointments. Hope this helps.
