Add client's diagnoses as form element in dynamic forms
When creating a dynamic form, allow me to include a form element for the client's diagnoses.

A new Client Diagnosis form element can now be added using Dynamic Forms. This allows you to automatically include client diagnosis on case forms. When added, distribution of the case form via the client portal can only be done through the Case Clinical Documents tab. Click here to learn more.

When creating dynamic forms, allow me to include fields from the initial assessment. If information is entered into that field in the initial assessment, have it pull over into the form.

It would be VERY helpful to have the option to populate the Diagnostic Impressions to Custom Notes. I love that we can now choose to add the Client name, DOB, etc but having the Diagnostic Impressions would be extremely helpful. Thank you
