Needs to also be able to be marked MANUALLY

YES!! And mark it automatically if the confirm via text or call.

It would be useful if a client confirms with a text that it is marked automatically on the calendar, just as when they are canceled. When looking at the calendar view it would be easier to see not only canceled appointments but those that are confirmed to know for sure what the therapists day will look like.

To be able to manually confirm an appointment if we have contacted the client ourselves. For example, if a client does not respond to the automated text or phone call and office staff/providers call to confirm. Be able to mark it as confirmed just like we can make the cancelled.

Some clients do not text so we call to confirm. It would be soooo helpful to be able to manually confirm appt on the schedule.

We call our clients for their reminder calls. It would be beneficial for clinical as well as administrative staff if there were an option to list the appointment as confirmed on theranest.

I would love to see this feature and it would be great if you could add a “confirmed” status (similar to the “cancelled” status) so that staff can change the status to confirmed if the appointment is confirmed in a manner other than the text reminder (ie. by phone or email).

show a confirmation check on the appt in the mobile app.

I think it would be more beneficial to have the Client Reminder's ACTUAL Text Confirmation either on the calendar page instead of the Agenda page for better visibility OR make it a option to be able to run a report of confirmed appointments

Hi,
It would be helpful to make a place for tx to change appointment status to confirmed - which is helpful if clt verbally confirms appointment or writes more than just a 1 or a 2 on the reminder log.
Thanks,

Once confirmed by the client, adding a confirmation that communication has been established would be helpful.

In the App, ability to see confirmed appointments. Currently there is no visible difference between upcoming (but not confirmed) and confirmed appointments.

Add a Confirmation Status to the appointment so that when someone confirms an appointment it will automatically update from "Upcoming" to "Confirmed".

There is no connection it seems on the calendar to denote a kept or upcoming appointment from a reminder that has been confirmed and a reminder that has been unconfirmed and overlooked. My clients are not always in the habit of confirming or cancelling through the reminders yet since it’s a new option for them. If there was a way to see on mobile view or app that would be amazing, but even on the agenda tab it would be helpful.

Allow the user to manually update the confirmation portion of the reminder to a check mark when they confirm outside of the automated reminder.

Allow ability to manually confirm an appointment if confirmed outside of Theranest

Currently, text reminders will only show on the calendar for a client who has pressed 2 to cancel the appointment. It would be very helpful to also see, from the calendar, who has confirmed their appointments. It is much too time consuming to toggle back and forth for each and every client that has not canceled.

I would like to request the ability to manually put a confirmation check mark by clients who have confirmed -- sometimes (probably 25% of the time) our clients confirm by speaking to their therapist, or calling us, or us calling them (even after they receive the software reminder). It would be great to be able to select a check mark that would show up and indicate that a client has confirmed (manually). Thank you for your consideration! ~ Penne
