    To be able to manually confirm an appointment if we have contacted the client ourselves. For example, if a client does not respond to the automated text or phone call and office staff/providers call to confirm. Be able to mark it as confirmed just like we can make the cancelled.

    I would love to be able to send a mass text for weather closures, illness, or closed for holiday reminders.
