Schedule recurring telehealth appointments
Allow me to schedule recurring telehealth appointments that doesn't require me converting individual appointments because converting individual appointments can be easily missed/forgotten about.

Recurring telehealth appointments can now be scheduled in TheraNest!

This lack of ability to schedule a recurring telehealth appointment continues to cause problems as clinicians don't always remember to go back and convert appointments beforehand. How unfortunate that Theranest is not suffers from this basic limitation!

I want to re-emphasize the need to fix this BUG ASAP (yes, it's a bug with a tedious workaround). Product Manager: please promote this request to bug status.

Allow scheduling for telehealth reoccurring appointments. You can schedule weekly reoccurring appointments but are unable to do that with telehealth. The providers often forget that they have to go to each appointment after and add the link. The link should automatically appear for all reoccurring appointments.

I agree with all the comments above.

We are new organization, and I just found out about this limitation, and how to deal with the administrative burden it causes. In this age of Covid and telehealth, it is imperative to provide this basic functionality that all other platforms seem to have by default.

I am a new user for a new organization; I just found out about this limitation, which is a huge hassle--please prioritize this. In today's world, it's a BUG, not a feature request.

This has become a real issue for our clients and staff. Appointments are set for recurring but the staff forget to go back in and set the link and clients are calling saying they are scheduled but have no link.

I have to go to the client portal to create a group telehealth session, instead of being able to convert it from the agenda. I have recurring family/group sessions that require me to delete and recreate group session from a totally different place.

we currently cannot schedule recurring telehealth sessions but will this ever change?

We need the ability to set recurring appointments in the calendar for telehealth sessions for clients, the same way that we are able to set recurring appointments for face to face/office based sessions. When you check the box to convert the appointment to telehealth it disables the recurring appointment feature. As clinicians with already very demanding and full caseloads it would save an immense amount of time each week if we didn't have to manually input each telehealth appointment into the calendar.

This would save so much time with scheduling and managing our already very full caseloads without having to go in every week to add a scheduled telehealth appointment that is consistent each week. It is confusing as to why this would be available for office based appointments and not telehealth. We desperately need this update.

Ability to schedule a series of telehealth appointments instead of going into each occurrence and change it.

PLEASE AND THANKS!! Doing this weekly for EVERY client is tedious.

Being able to simply input an appointment as recurring AND a telehealth appointment should not require manual updating.
This should be a fully functioning feature.
The previous suggestion "Ability to schedule recurring Teleheatly sessions" that shows as Completed, is a work-around, and a kludgy one at that. This is not completed and needs complete follow through.

We need to be able to have a recurrent telementalhealth session scheduled in calendar each week (without having to convert it from regular session to telementalhealth each week). Very important.
