It would be a huge help to be able to select the default credit card. Deleting a card to make another one the default is not a good option for the client as we are then forced to ask for the other card info all over again when they use it randomly. At this time with telemental health at the forefront of the industry it is definitely an essential need! When the client is standing in front of you with a different card not as big of a deal (swipe away) but when we are having to continually get card info over the phone it is insecure and a time consuming inconvenience for both the client and office!

It would be nice if there was a feature in which we could select between different credit cards for clients when they have more than one on file. Right now I would have to delete a card to make the other one the default if the client decided to use the non default one again. Thank you

Please allow the clinician to designate which card on file is the primary card to use. I have many clients that use a card only occasionally but once it is used one time it is made the primary card. This requires me to then the delete the card so I can return to using their regular card.

I agree. It makes sense to be able to easily select (and change) which card is the default.

Please add the ability to manually select and change which credit card if multiple is the default. I should not have to delete one to make the other one a default. It is very inefficient.

This is essential to ensuring charges are appropriately run. There does not seem to be a rhyme or reason as to how these cards are listed in the system; I've had scenarios when I've removed cards altogether and added them in sequence but TheraNest still reorders them.

Some people have HSA cards which need to be primary, and another card on-file for when that account is depleted. We need to be able to prioritize which card should be charged first.

It's very frustrating to be unable to manually select a default payment method from multiple cards. It causes confusion in billing and the incorrect payment method to be used, which then results in more work on all ends reversing transactions and card fees.

Many times clients want me to add a secondary form of payment if their HSA or FSA is not funded to cover their session. When I add a secondary form of payment, the newly added card automatically becomes the default card; however, the HSA or FSA should remain the default.

At the minimum add a field when you select the credit card payment by cardcardholder's name. As above sometimes parents trade off splitting bills between split custody of kids or couples in counseling often split session payments and it's difficult enough to track who is paying let alone which card on file belongs to which person.

add a drag and drop option to organize cards on file, or assign a card a name (like primary, moms, dads, etc). to make it easy to select when selecting payment method.
