allow billing reports to be filtered by staff/therapist
in reports-allow payment methods, credit card charges, etc. to be filtered by therapist/staff as well

We have released a redesigned Daily Billing Report with new date filters, customizable field selections (allowing filtering by billing provider, rendering provider, and/or appointment staff), new external filters, and improved CSV/PDF export formats.

When I need to sign off on other therapists notes, It be great to be able to sort the notes awaiting my signature by client name as well as therapist name. It would also be great to sort them by date of service.

It's difficult to track a therapist's production, rate per session, etc. because the reports that give this information don't allow for selecting or sorting by therapist.
