Add more options to scheduling time increments (1 min, 10 min, 50 min, etc.)
I'm not able to schedule clients at the time I need. I usually have 50 minute sessions, but that option is not available in my Calendar Preferences.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update to the “Time scale in minutes” field on the Calendar Preferences page, adding some new options that are available to select. You’ll now be able to set appointments in increments of 1 minute, 10 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes, 45 minutes, 50 minutes, 55 minutes and 90 minutes in addition to the options that were available prior to this release.
Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion! If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@theranest.com.

I would love to be able to schedule appointments that start in 15 minute increments, such as 5:15. I sometimes need or want to schedule appointments that way, but the text and email reminders won't work for it. Thanks so much!

Standard is 50 minute sessions. This should be an option to book in calendar.

HI, Folks- Is there a way to set the default end time when making an appointment to 45 mins rather than 60?
Thanks- I love this program. -

Provide feature to customize time for appointments other than 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60 minutes, etc. Allow user to just type in time if needed. (For example, K-12 school schedules include odd times such as 8:49am-9:36am for one period.)

The front desk at our office will set a template of non-patient appointment blocks for breaks/lunch on a provider's calendar. This aides with scheduling and allows the front desk to schedule more appointments more quickly without having to plan breaks "on the fly".
I discovered, when trying to add a shorter break for 15 minutes, I can set the time of the appointment as 15 minutes but the block on the schedule still shows as a 30 minute block, filling more than the allotted 15 minute space.
It would be helpful to have an option for the smaller colored blocks so that we can plan small breaks ahead of time, making for faster scheduling.

And I organization, we use 40 minute time slots. In theranest it automatically uses a one hour time slot with a client is booking. We would like it too automatically go to a 40 minute time slot

I would like to use the on-line scheduling option, however, it defaults to an hour. I would like to be able to set my appointments times and then allow them to be filled by folks using the online scheduler. It would save time for both clients and myself. For instance, I would like to set appointments at 9:00, 9:45, 10:30 and 11:15. This would also remind the client scheduling that their appointment time is 45 minutes and not an hour.

As of now, Appointment start times must be entered by increments of 30 ie 9:00AM, 9:30AM, 10:00AM, etc. It would be significantly more user friendly to be able to make Appointment start times at any minute increment, ie 9:01AM, 9:36AM, etc.

I set a 15 minute long appointment it takes up a 30 minute block in the calendar even though it says 15 minutes. Would like it to only take up a 15 minute slot instead of 30 minute slot.

In our clinic we schedule clients sometimes on the quarter hour, have 45 min sessions or need clients to come in 15 min early for paperwork. The calendar wont let us and then if we have the clients receiving email reminders for the closest appointment time we are off by 15 mins.

Hello it would be nice if we could set our session time span meaning I schedule 45 minute sessions but each time I schedule someone I have to change the time from 1-hour to 45 minutes.
Also, I hope we are getting closer to splitting calendars. I work both in-person and remote but I have to pay for a separate calendar for remote clients because I can't show them my in-person calendar schedule to avoid confusion.

My standard appointment length is 50 min, not 60. But when you schedule appointments in the Theranest calendar it only gives options for 60 min increments. I'd like to be able to customize appointments lengths in the calendar.

I agree, I was going to make the same suggestion. It may not be useful for a lot of people, but I know several therapists that would find the 15 min intervals useful

Most of my appointments are 50 minutes and I think other folks do 45 min appointment lengths, but the default is 60. Would it be possible to allow us to set up our default appointment length in our settings/preferences so we wouldn't need to change it with each note?

I have a hard time scheduling because it only seems to give the option in 30 min intervals. I think that 15 would work better, because I schedule clients at 1:45/1:15, etc, for example.

as opposed to 30 minutes. Or the option to manually select a time.

I love that we can now set default services for clients. Is there a possibility of a 45 minute default. My individual sessions are typically 45-minute so perhaps there's a way to streamline the option within the system. Thank you for all you do already and looking forward to being a long time customer as I expand.

Medicare requires us to have a start time and end time for each session. can this be added?
Also when scheduling appt. can we have it in 15 min. increments again medicare and most insurance companies will allow billing in 15 min. increments. -

Set an additional default for 30 or 45 minutes for scheduling every appointment on your calendar so you don't have to change the time from 60 to the time that a practitioner normally uses.

I know I can set 15 minutes and then make it 45. I am suggesting that, every time I set a new appointment, that 45 minutes is automatically set. Now, it automatically sets an hour. Few therapist have that as their usual scheduling amount so most of the time we have to make two extra clicks. And sometimes forget so an hour is set.
