Allow me more flexibility in creating my availability. Allow me to set different availability for future dates, or based on services or locations.

I’d appreciate the ability to be able to customize my availability week-by-week, as my schedule tends to change or I may have certain days where I do not want to be available for scheduling. My workaround for this has been to create a random block of time that is unrelated to a client/service that says “unavailable”…but I don’t want to have to do that day-by-day, and I don’t want to be mixing my practice schedule with my personal schedule to keep track of it all.

allow for personallizing list of appt types -- limiting the number of appt types to those I use--in a big group practice we have appts based on istudent ntern , lpc, registered intern, phd/psyd ... but i have to then scroll through a bunch to find the handful i use. Would like to be able to select which appt types show up in my appt scheduling dialog box.

I would like to have different calendar availability based on location. For example I work in my Dallas location on Monday and Tuesday and my Plano location on Wednesday and Thursday. I want my client's to only see Plano office availability for Wednesday and Thursday when scheduling through the client portal.

We have two locations and use the offices on different days. When clients book their appointment, we need them to know which office we are in on what days. For example, if a client chooses Monday, we are in one location. If the client chooses Tuesday, we are in our other location. Is there a way to make this possible?

It would be nice to have the ability within the client portal preferences, to set specific times when client can schedule certain services. For example, if I only wanted to have my time available for telehealth clients on Wednesdays, that would be the only option that would appear as a choice for the client on Wednesdays.

I am practicing from 2 different locations. I would like to be able to set my calendar at both locations and see them integrated into my one calendar page. I'd also like to be able to set my preferences so that it automatically displays both locations all the time, without me having to manually click it each time I load my calendar

Please create the feature where we can split up our availability based on office location. I'm a remote and in-person clinician in NY and FL. I want to use Theranest calendar for all my clients but I can't because my NY clients will end up scheduling in slots meant for FL clients. I'd love to feel more integrated.
To the development team: I know it always comes down to an [ if statement ] lol and when and where to use it. Fingers crossed this will be a priority.

I see clients in two offices. When they try to schedule their appointments in Client Portal, they can choose which office, but the calendar does not differentiate.
I would like to be able to set specific days I am in specific locations for ease of scheduling.

It would be great if the counselors had the option to change their individual default locations for each day of the week. Some of our counselors work out of more than one of our office locations and when we don't catch that the auto insert location on their appt is incorrect, it affects our billing records for each office.

Yes, I would love to see this feature. I don't want my clients frustrated that I keep having to go back and forth with them and "reschedule" them because they booked at a location on a day that I'm not there. This ends up making the self-scheduler tool more hassle then help for them and I don't want that.

I have two offices just for me. I am in one city on certain days and another city on others. It would be great if I could set it up on my calendar which days were for which location, especially as to relates to the client portal. I want my clients from Location A to be able to schedule their appointments only on days when I am at location A, and Location B client only on days I am at Location B.

As a student intern, my summer schedule and fall schedule look different. But I cannot change my preferences to match my fall schedule yet because I don't want our secretary scheduling appointments for me in the next 2 weeks on days when I am not available. However, She is already beginning to schedule clients for the week that the fall term starts: when my new schedule begins.
I wish there were a way to create multiple availability calendars. You could create one for "Summer 2018" and give an end date and already have a "Fall 2018" availability schedule in place that is listed with "effective (insert date here)" That way when a secretary clicks on a week within the 1st schedule/ "Summer" it lists the availability for the summer, but if he/she clicks on a date in the second time frame/"fall", he/she can see THOSE available time slots.I hope this makes sense. It would be very helpful to have this feature. That way we don't accidentally have sessions booked during times that we actually have class/meetings/etc.

This is my issue as well! I have two locations that I split my time between and there is no option for people to schedule based on their location!

It would be great if clients could see which location they are scheduling at, I have 4 sites that I work from and right now my clients are getting confused because they can not identify the location based on the day of the week they are scheduling for.

I absolutely agree that this is needed. I work in three different locations and cannot have clients scheduling to meet with me at days/times I may be working, but not at the location they need. This feature would make online booking much more user-friendly.

We have providers who work in 2 different locations on different days. It would be really nice to assign a day to a specific location for each provider to prevent from scheduling an appointment for a clinician in the wrong location on a given day.

For example. On mondays and Tuesdays, I'm at office A. On Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, I'm at office B.
I can't tell you how many times I forget to change locations before my reminder emails go out, which leads to client support showing up at the wrong location.

It is essential that I be able to use TheraBook to schedule in two different locations. I would like to see TheraBook have a clear delineation of locations when patients are scheduling their appointments.
