Allow me more flexibility in creating my availability. Allow me to set different availability for future dates, or based on services or locations.

My goal is to see clients on Wednesdays by video only. This allows me one day a week to work from home. However, I can't find a way (if there is one) to indicate this on my client portal calendar. I keep having clients schedule in-person appointments on Wednesdays because they forget. It would be great if I could note that in the client portal somehow.

I offer two different types of therapy services - in office and outdoor Ecotherapy. For client self scheduling, I need to block off certain times for Ecotherapy only.

I would like to be able to have different hours available for telehealth appointments and in-person appointments. Is there a way to do this, or maybe in future? As in, a client would see some appt choices for telehealth, and other appt choices for in-person.

allow therapist to offer two different daily time slots. I offer only morning appointments and evenings, and currently there is no way for me to indicate this in the calendar without blocking manually mid-day times. This is difficult to do because it interferes with my calendar blocks for my vacations. Thanks!

I want to open client scheduling. But the format is not friendly.
1) I want to have availability open on the half hour but not allow clients to schedule half hour appointments2) I want to easily change hours i'm available on a daily basis, not weekly
3) i want clients to schedule their session as telhealth so i dont have to go change each scheduled session
4)I want clients to only see portions of my schedule and not my entire availability

Ability to classify a day to only accept telehealth appointments. Currently I have a day that is entirely telehealth but the office staff often forgets that and schedules me in office clients.

as we return to in-person office visits on a limited basis, it would be helpful to only allow certain service types to be scheduled on certain days - ie. only teletherapy appts can be scheduled on Mon/only in person sessions scheduled on Tues, etc.

I offer several services and would like to have the option to have clients only be able to schedule certain services at certain times. For example, consult calls can only be scheduled on specific set days at noon.

I would like to limit certain times in my schedule to be telemedicine only. So if I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the office then the client would be able to book therapy sessions or intakes. However, on my other days - Tues and Thurs - I could limit my availability to only telemedicine and be able to work from my home office.

Can you add a button for people to inquire if there might be times available beyond what we post as available? I may be able accommodate a random weekend time, or very early or late session without wanting it to be a regular thing. It would be a text box to start a discussion, not lock them down to a specific hour yet.

YES!! I came here looking to post this suggestion. So relieved someone is already on this. But then I saw this from well over a year ago!!
I see out of two locations on different days. It is crucial to somehow indicate where the therapist is on a specific date or when the client is self-scheduling they have to first select the location which would coordinate with what the therapist has indicated in their settings. -

Hi,
I work in two different locations. How can I let people know when they schedule on the calendar that the day they chose is in a particular location? A few of my clients use both locations and one showed up to the wrong place because she was able to schedule either but didn't know where I was going to be. -

Customize the calendar for a period of time of current availability. As the functionality as it is now is setting your available time as a whole, not for a period of time.

Our facility has two locations that are in different cities about 40 miles away. As a clinician that sees clients in both locations, there needs to be a way to denote in your calendar different which site you are at on different days so when a client is attempting to schedule a session they know where the clinician is working on a particular day.

There are days I am available except during specific parts of the month (for example, the 3rd Thursday of the month). I need more control over setting my availability than just one timeframe for each day.
