Yes, there is technically a way to add parent information to the details page down at the bottom. But for child clients this info should really be more toward the top and a way to identify which email addresses should receive certain things, especially for adolescent clients. I want both to receive reminder emails, but only the parent needs to receive the superbill, etc.

It would be so helpful to enable a feature that allows appointment message to more than one email for couples counseling appointments.

This feature would be very helpful for those couples/families that don't live together, so everyone is reminded of the appointments and it doesn't fall to one person to be responsible for that. As a provider, I want to offer as much support as I can so that clients can be successful in therapy. Thank you!

There should be more than one number to send text reminders to. For example, if parents of a child are divorced and take them to appointments separately.

right now, i have to create artificial clients to be able to send reminders to parents. this becomes even harder for blended families.
Adding the ability to be able to have multiple emails for one client is vital for managing children clients who usually have a mom and a dad...and sometimes step parents.

I would love for there to be a drop down box when I send text message to send a link to a client. Often clients may be at a father's house or a mother's house when parents are divorced or at grandma's house if parents are working. It would be easier to click on a drop down number. Currently, we have to change the mobile number in client details and then the next reminder goes to whatever number is listed last (ie...grandma). This takes time to re-enter a new number, find the right number and delays sessions being started or links are sent to the wrong place on that day. Just an idea.

Enable an option to send an appointment reminder to more than one telephone number. For example, send the reminder to two parents, send the reminder to a teenager and parent, etc.

Could we send multiple text messages for reminders? Like when we have couple's therapy, being able to send the reminders for appointments to both individuals. I also have teenagers that would like their notifications along with the parents being notified as well. This helps with maintaining consistent "show-ups" to appointments.

I see a lot of kids and teens, but can only send one parent the text reminder right now. I would love to be able to send both parents the text reminders as busy families sometimes have trouble coordinating logistics to get their kids to appts.

Sending reminders to multiple numbers is something that is frequently requested by clients.

Specifically for teen clients and or young adults that their parents are bringing them or paying for visits....

It would be great for adolescents working on building their self-sufficiency and scheduling skills. Having reminders go to parents well can help increase accountability for appointments.

I have teen clients that are old enough to drive themselves and clients with divorced parents where both parents or the client and the parent would like to get the text reminders. If we could add another mobile number and allow multiple text notifications that would be great!

I need a section in the client details for the name of a minor client's parents and another place for an email notification of appointments. I do co-parenting counseling and I need both parents to receive the emails regarding the minor's appointments and billing.
