Allow each therapist to set up their our recurrent schedule with availability so a scheduler will know when they can see clients.

Is there a way to allow all clinicians to see other clinicians schedules without seeing clients names. For example just being able to see grayed out section so that if Jane Doe Therapist has clients at 11, 1, 3-6 I would know that she was done at 7? Right now the function is that they can only see non-therapy related scheduled events and as the admin I can see everyone.

This would be relatively easy to do on each individual therapist's calendar by having the part of the day they are available one shade and the times they are not there another shade. Right now, the whole calendar is just white and then you have whatever color your appointments are.

Maybe even color code by service type.

I would love to have a way to look at the calendar and see only availability in a different color so it is easier to read. I do know about the staff option but having a specific box per how that is a different color would be an easy ready especially with an office growing as much as ours. I greatly appreciate all the updates you put into theranest as well as the interest you put into our suggestions. For this reason, I will more than likely be a lifetime subscriber.

Be able to see therapist's shift in week view once filtered. I understand how it would be difficult when looking at the calendar with a few therapists selected. However, if possible, be able to see shaded unavailable times while in week view, when a specific staff is selected/filtered.

To shade the times and days that a Therapist is unavailable making it easier to clearly see each days available times to schedule in calendar view. For example, if I work 8am-5pm on Mondays 7am and 6pm should be shaded.

Everyone needs to be able to see available times to schedule potential appointments. Currently they can only see when mutual clients are scheduled which leaves them to assume that the spots are available that aren't their client. Need to be able to see without seeing any information about a client that not assigned to them.

I agree it'd be nice offer a view stages of permissions for this. 1) full access 2) When other clinician has appointments or availability 3) availability of appointments by room.

It would be very helpful for all clinicians to be able to see everyone's appointments or the ability to see what times are blocked. I can see everything but everyone else can only see their clients.

There should be a way to see our co-worker's schedule blocks without client information so we can see if a room is being used or if they might be available for a meeting. Currently, we can see informal schedule blocks but not times marked for clients. I do not want to see client info just the blocked time and room use.

This feature is available already. The admin of the account would have to set up that feature for all the clinicians to view each others schedules.

Make time slots for therapist availability so that availability can be established by the hour rather than the entire day. Some of our therapists may be available on Monday at 9:00, 10:00 and then at 2:00, 3:00, 4:00. That will allow administrators visibility into what times therapists are available. Currently, we have to maintain paper calendar copies of available times so the admin person knows when therapist is available before scheduling clients. If that could be indicated in TheraNest it would minimize confusion
