It would be nice for this feature to also allow flexibility with scheduling availability, as it would be easier to mark out of office time.

Hi, it would be great to see unavailable times in Week view as well as Staff view. As we are scheduling appointments, it is helpful to see a therapists entire week of availability and unavailability.

There is an option in the calendar settings to select the times you are available to see clients, but it would be helpful to somehow see an indication of the ability on the calendar itself. You can't tell what the availability is until you try to schedule an appointment and a pop up message states you can't schedule at whatever time and then it states the actual available times to schedule appointments.

Would be helpful to see hours available when looking at the weekly calendar view. I have specific times blocked off but my weekly view looks like the slot is open and it has created extra steps in booking appointments.

Since our scheduling is usually the same day and time each week. It would be great to see clearly if the open time on the calendar was an Open appointment for each week or if it was just an open appointment for just that week. We have a hard time tracking Open Availability

Please shade the hours in the calendar where there is (or isn't) office hours so others who schedule the appointments can see the availability easier

It would be great to be able to see the blocked times (greyed out) in the weekly view; I am a counselor and scheduler of other counselors and I can't always remember or know what other staff counselors "standard" hours are...so the weekly view distinguishing available from unavailable times would be so much more convenient when trying to quickly schedule a new client over the phone or a returning client after a session.

It's very frustrating to view a counselors week, try to book an appointment, and then get an alert that the counselor has blocked that time when the calendar shows it is open. On the counselor's end it shows as blocked, but on the front desk's end it shows as open and it's creating friction. Please, please PLEASE let us both see in "week" the availability of the counselors schedules!

When viewing a schedule in the "week" view instead of staff view, it doesn't show the therapists grayed out "unavailable" slots. Make that visible when in the "week" view

Maintain client confidentiality while allowing therapists in group practice to share office space, know when others are nearby but in session, and schedule meetings based upon knowing when others have time blocked out for appointments.

Right now, I cannot show that I'm available in the morning and evening (with a break in the afternoon) on one day (say Monday). It would be nice to have this capability.

Is there a way for all staff to see the client appointments on the calender but not have access to the client files that are not theirs? Looks like in order to see the full calender they have to have access to client files.
