To-do task checklist & reminder feature
I have used another practice management program that had a feature that had a "to do list" feature that reminded you of anything missing from all client files. So for example, the to do list might itemize missing progress notes, missing demographic info, etc. It looked like this:
"Do progress note for John Doe's therapy session on 10/10/17"
"Enter demographic information for Jane Doe"
"Missing insurance and billing information for Joe Blow"
"Create a treatment plan for Joe Blow"
"Create a termination note for Client X since there have not been any appointments for 60 days"
Great if we can use the task list and reminders function for client tasks and general business or admin tasks.

Improvements to come include reminder notifications, the ability to assign a task to someone else, and automatic task additions. Absolutely! I think it should show up on the same page as the calendar/agenda, maybe split the screen down the middle and be able to click on the to-do list or the calendar to make one larger to look at.

I would like to be able to assign tasks and have staff update me on progress on TheraNest. It would be great if we could change order to indicate priority. I would like to be able to have a list, update with progress, and then check off the list to remove items as they are satisfactorily completed.

I would like to add that the notes be an office management feature that can be used internally. If it is posted, it can be tagged as done by different users. Priority tabs, or in order of importance. An internal notes office management system.

Ability to set up a todo/task list and set alerts with date and time that it is due such as contacting providers for clients, sending out invoices, or any other tasks needed for each client.

we need a todo list, or a place where we can upload new patients for our therapist to choose which ones are appropriate for them. Also, a time clock for w2 employees to clock in would be great.

Yes, each staff member needs to have a separate to-do-list area to make personal notes/reminders that don't go on the actual calendar!!

I would like to be able to add my own tasks to the list. So say I want to make a note for me to make a phone call to a collateral or to a pcp. It would be great to make it have a priority rating on it as well.

Create ability to add tasks/to-dos to staff within the system such as reminders to complete the treatment plan, follow up to get a new credit card on file, with date deadlines etc.

Tasks can be assigned to staff either connected to clients like notes or signatures for providers but also back office type tasks for office management like insurance issues to follow up on, messages, etc. Also an option to have no clients attached, just a general task.

It would be really helpful to have administrate reminders. For example, I need to remember to schedule an assessment after 10 counseling sessions.

On dashboard to do list will have alerts with a link to automatically create notes or treatment plans, etc. after the session for each client. This way it's easier to keep track of what needs to be done after a session.

A todo list would be VERY helpful. The first note referred to a task list which sounds like a todo list. It is flagged as being planned, but the date reads November 20, 2014. I would appreciate an update on this.
