    I agree! This was promised to me years ago when I joined Theranest. I was told they were "very close" to having this ACH offering. It is very needed.

    It would be great if we could upload our scans into theranest without having to save on the computer then put into the patient folder. I have some paper documents, along with copies of ID and insurance cards that this would save much time for. Additionally, it is hard to track everything saved on the computer and make sure it is deleted for HIPAA compliance.

    Yes! This would be great. Having to print or download each note I want to fax, then to get it organized and attached for sfax is a pain.

    If the custom forms allowed for sub-columns under a section, it would make them much more user-friendly and save paper when printing for insurance company reviews. For example, if I have check boxes, I could:

    Subjective
    The patient was:
    __Alert __Cooperate ___Non-cooperative
    __Tardy __Drowsy ____Agitated

    This saves TONS of space and makes the note easier to write.
