Create a report showing clients with no appointments scheduled
It would be great if you could provide some way to highlight clients who do not have an appointment scheduled for a future date either through a report or some kind of notation in the client list. I routinely want to check to make sure that my client's are scheduled for an appointment or if we need to follow up with them. However, I currently have to search through each client's record manually in order to determine which clients are not scheduled.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. This redesign includes an updated dynamic grid that includes a column for clients’ Next Appointment. This column is sortable and searchable allowing you to easily find clients based on this information. To find clients who have no upcoming appointments, simply search for “-” and any client who has no future appointment scheduled will be shown in the results. Learn more about this update in our Knowledge Base.

Since we are billed for how many active clients there are, there should be a feature to show who hasn't been booked in weeks/months or who was added to the system and then not booked an appointment. We have a large practice so we don't want to manually look through who was added and never scheduled in for whatever reason.
Or, even if there was a feature to automatically archive clients after 4 weeks with no appointment (an adjustable amount of weeks might be ideal) then that would work for us too.

"Auto-Archive" function should be able to be set manually and enforced automatically. Any client NOT seen in 30/60/90 days should automatically be flagged as "archived" and not counted against your billing cap.

You should have a simple way of making sure your "active" clients roster IS in fact Active. We are running up against our subscription cap and we know that we don't have that many clients.
The system is currently set up to allow the database to grow without any safeguards of "duplicate accounts", "old accounts", or any simple filter mechanism to clean them up.
Suggest an automatic "setting" to auto-archive clients who haven't been seen by the practice in: 30, 45, 60, 90 days etc. This keeps subscribers from "paying" for aged client accounts that don't need to be in the "active" status.

In the reports tab under appointments add Client's without a scheduled appointment so that the therapist can quickly find which client's do not have an upcoming appointment without going through each client's page.

Every week I click on each clients profile and look at their appointments to make sure I have a next appointment scheduled. It would be nice if I could see a list of all the clients and their next appointment scheduled in one view so that I can see who might need a next appointment scheduled

We archive clients who don't have future appointments scheduled, so this would give us an efficient way to do track them

This would be helpful in deciding quickly which clients we need to archive. It is very clumsy now to review clients to determine if they need to be removed from active status.

It would be great to have a report that has the date of the active clients last kept appointment and is included in this report as not having a follow up or upcoming appointment.

If you could create a report of clients not seen in a specified amount of time set by the user so we could easily pull up clients to archive that would be great! Especially if the report included an option to “group archive” these clients! Maybe an option to automatically archive clients that haven’t had activity since a user specified amount of time? Thank you!

when patients haven't had an appointment for 30 days or longer - make notification to create a termination notice and create an actual 'form' to be used in the program for it
