Alert staff via text when a client replies to text message reminder
I want to be instantly notified how my clients respond to appointment reminders. It's useful for me to know whether the appointment has been confirmed, cancelled or if my client has responded with any other reply in cases of distress.

I received notice today that we could pay to receive text messages notifying us about responses to the text appointment reminders. This is NOT the solution I was wanting. Or there needs to be an additional choice. I don't need to be texted, I only need an alert to show in TheraNest, like it does when a client emails back.

I would like to be notified when a client texts me in Theranest via their individual profile. It is the same area where clients can confirm or cancel an appointment via text message. I would like to be notified of any new information in that area.

I love that we are able to text clients through the portal. It would be nice if we were able to receive alerts to our phones through the app when a client replies. I'm having to check the website to see if someone has confirmed or if they have replied to my message sent.

Text reminders are great, but without a notification of their confirmation or cancellation it is much less helpful and convenient than it could be.

This week a client informed me that she had incorrectly hit the "cancel" button on the theranest app. She immediately wrote a comment to say she had made the error and she would be at the session. Unfortunately, I was never alerted of the comment and I was not present for the session. It would be helpful to have an alert message in the case that this happens again, or if there was a way for a client to correct the mistake in the calendar itself. Thank you.

Because texting seems to be the mode of communication folks prefer, it would be really great to receive alerts/notifications that a text has come thru. I can't count how many times our clients have texted us, but messages went unread. We can't possibly go thru every client account to check for messages. A notification feature would be GREATLY appreciated! TIA!!

Please notify counselors when a client cancels an appointment via text. This seems like a simple request and many counselors I have spoken to on the facebook page have put in this request several times over many months with no changes.

This feature is already there. In each staff account they can select to be emailed when something changes on their schedule.

Give the option for alerts when someone responds to an appointment confirmation email/text/call. I recently had someone confirm, but added further information and was not aware until after their scheduled appointment

I wish you would generate an email or text message to inform me of changes in appointments. Sometimes they change last minute and I’m unaware

We need a way to know if someone replies to a message or reminder message. There is currently no way for us to know if a client has replied to a sent message or reminder unless we are actively checking the messages periodically. Our practice has hundreds of active clients so it makes it impossible to check all of them. Just a simple " [Client Name] has replied to your text reminder." Would be helpful.

Better notifications would be helpful to be able to receive more notifications throughout the program. Such things as when a client signs up for the portal, messages, cancels and appointment, etc (especially through the mobile app). would limit the amount of time it takes to have to log on and review each area and therefore streamline productivity.

Unless you look on the agenda you have no idea that the client cancelled days prior. Any way a notification can be sent via text/email to your account?

It would be very helpful to get notified in some way if a client responds back in the reminders log. It is very time consuming and confusing to just keep checking the logs all the time. Thanks!
