   Allow for reminders to be tailored by each provider. We have several providers who have respective contact information and locations including virtual. One reminder for the whole organization has caused some confusion

   I have two staff members. On the days I work, I take time from noon to 1 where I don't schedule clients. My other staff member does not do this. It would be nice to be able to be able to modify the calendar preferences in more detail that just one start and one end time per day in the preferences. Right now, I block out an on going time slot on the calendar, but this does this for my other staff member too.
