Add link to client portal in client invoice/superbill/statement emails
When I client gets emailed an invoice it would be VERY helpful if they could click a link to portal to make payment. Within the emailed invoice it could read: "Please make payment by logging into your account at www.xxxxxxx.com or, call office to make payment over the phone.""

We’re excited to let you know that this feature request has been completed! Today we released an update to billing related emails generated from the Ledger, Statement, Batch Statements and Batch Invoices so they now include a link for clients to log into the client portal. This makes it easier for your clients to quickly access their client portal account and pay for services.

Agreed! A link in the invoice message would be most helpful to take them to the portal to pay.
Thank you!

Yes, please! A link right on the invoice like you see with Quickbooks and Paypal. Right now I have patients paying through Paypal (and giving Paypal the credit card percentage) because of the direct link. It would be easier for all if they could directly link to the Make a Payment page of the portal.

Please give a link for clients to pay bill when sending invoice via email.

Add a link right on the statements I send which will take the client directly to the client portal log in page where they can make payment. This eliminates the extra steps involved in them remembering or finding the log in page, which I'm hearing from clients is cumbersome. Thank you!

This is requested by so many of our clients and seems like it would be such an easy fix! Please look into this, Theranest.

My clients are complaining that there is no direct link to the portal that they can click on when they receive an invoice email. It would be so helpful if there was a link right in the email that directs them to the portal login page! Thanks for any help on this.

I'd like for when clients receive an invoice by email, they would be able to click a link to make a credit card payment online using either the credit card on file or a different card.

Automatically send email invoices to clients and have a "pay now" button (in the email) that links them straight to the portal to make a payment

I'd like to make it easier for patients to pay bills. First send one email with all services owed and then in that email, a "pay now" button. ALso, when I print an invoice, there is no cut-off portion for entering a credit card or to send in with a check.

Hi Amanda-Did you mean to type TheraNest rather than TheraBook? If not, I'm curious what TheraBook is! Thx-Rebecca

Clinicians could send clients a link to a specific invoice (for example, they would send on the due date) and the email would contain a link for them to login into their client portal and make payment. Also could contain due dates and option to add fees according to late fee policies.

Can you include portal link to the invoice to facilitate online payment?

Many clients have suggested that including the log in link for the Client Portal in TheraBook in emails with invoices would help them pay easier

Going to an invoice and selecting "Email to client" is a very helpful feature. However, many clients are new or forget how to use the client portal, and there are not instructions or links for their payment options included in those emails. I find myself having to send an email to those clients including everything and just attaching the invoice myself. At times I am having to handle questions about logging in or where to send payments if they are having trouble. It can be a time consuming aspect of billing that could be easily resolved with simple programming.

I would like to be able to email an invoice to a client and for them to click "Pay Now" and pay via credit card online (I have this feature activated).
Thanks!
